I ordered my Atomic Beam™ SunBlast® and it said shipping will take 3-6 weeks. Why so long?

Shipping MAY take 3-6 weeks. Throughout different times of the year demand is greater than others, so we always state 3-6 weeks. However, we always do our best to plan for those times of the year so we can avoid “back orders.”

Help! I placed an incorrect order. How can I change this?

To find your order they will need your phone number (or email address if you provided it), last name, and zip code. They will absolutely get your order fixed for you. Keep in mind order processing takes a full 24 hours, so they may not have your order in the customer service system until at least 24 hours after you've placed your order.

Atomic Beam™ SunBlast® is weather-resistant, so you should position it beneath an overhang or similar structure. We do not recommend you submerge your Atomic Beam™ SunBlast® in water.

HOW DOES THE SOLAR PANEL CHARGE THE LIGHT?

The solar panel on top of Atomic Beam™ SunBlast® charges the light's internal lithium-ion battery. It even charges on a cloudy day!

HOW DO I MOUNT THE LIGHT?

Mounting Atomic Beam™ SunBlast® is easy! Simply clean the surface you're mounting to (if possible) Then peel the tape off the mounting adhesive (attached to your SunBlast®) and firmly press against your surface so a bond is made.

WHAT IS THE MOTION RANGE OF THE 120 MOTION SENSOR?

The motion sensor detects motion from up to 25-feet away.

WHAT ARE THE TWO LIGHT SETTINGS?

You can adjust the amount of light your Atomic Beam™ SunBlast® shines. There are two light settings: High and Low.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T WANT TO USE THE ADHESIVE MOUNT?

Atomic Beam™ SunBlast® has two screw holes at the top of the light, so you can mount it using screws (included).

WHY CAN'T ATOMIC BEAM™ SUNBLAST™ SHIP TO A PO BOX?

Atomic Beam™ SunBlast™ has an internal lithium ion battery; therefore, it is unable to ship to a PO Box.
